Is your goal a Concours Restoration, or are you building a Street Rod, or a Cosmetic Restoration.  Each of these levels of restoration have different areas of cost to consider.  It is of upmost importance that you realize what you are getting into.  Don't get $10,000 into a restoration and fall $15,000 short of the goal line.  To many nice cars end up junked because someone dismantles them and cannot afford to reassemble them.
