Henry J Restoration - Step 5
Inspect the Car, Evaluate and Document the Work to be Done

Step 4 || Home || Step 6

Its time for the big inspection.  Inspect every inch of your car possible without doing any major disassembly.  You'll want to do such things as lift up the floor mats, put the car on a lift or high jack stands, etc., but no disassembly of mechanical or sheet metal is usually needed.

Later in the disassembly process if conditions change we will come back and update this list. This step is tedious but one of the most important task we have to do.  Bill cannot over emphasize the importance of being very thorough in this evaluation.  The information we collect here will become the basis for everything we will do in future steps.  At this time we will determine our overall cost estimate, and decide on the correct sequence of doing the work as we dismantle.
